UN Philippines lauds role of UN agency in PHL's industrial development

On 14 July 2022, UN Resident Coordinator in the Philippines Gustavo Gonzalez met with UNIDO Managing Director Fatou Haidara in Vienna to report on the important role of the UN Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) in the country and its unique position and competency to promote inclusive and sustainable industrial development as an effective means to harness the full potential of Philippine industries and economic engines toward lasting health, peace, and prosperity, leaving no Filipino behind.
